Otherwise this would have got a 5 star review. ### 4/5 — So far so good *2021-09-05, version 21.2.2* Only recently had our garage door fitted and it was an easy job to pair up the app with the motor head unit. One thing is lacking though and that’s the capability of using it with the Apple Watch. ### 3/5 — Careful if someone else is installing this for you *2021-04-20, version 20.1.0* We are unable to pair a phone. From the guidance we’ve received from the manufacturer it looks like the installer must have paired their phone while installing, and you can only install one phone which is then the master and can share access with other devices. This means the installer holds the master key to our garage, and we don’t. The keys say they are £34.99 each to use another phone but this won’t even send me a code to be able to use it on another phone. Luckily I tried to pair phone temporarily and this didn’t work so no way am I shelling out that much for another phone user. These needs sorting out asap or your just taking peoples money without them getting anything and being frustrated with the lack of support. ### 1/5 — £7.99 for each additional user per door *2022-08-02, version 21.5.7* What a con. If you want anyone else in your family to be able to open/close the garage door it’ll cost you £7.99. That’s for each door you have. Two issues that I’ve come across, the power went out and on its return I found the garage door open. I cannot see my garage from my house so was lucky that nothing was stolen. Which leads me onto my second issue. It would be hugely beneficial to have a notification sent to the app when the door is opened.
