Franchement, c’est la pire application de magasinage que j’ai utilisée jusqu’à maintenant. Elle bug constamment : les images ne s’affichent même pas et les points après un achat apparaissent parfois une semaine ou même un mois plus tard. Il arrive que l’application ne s’ouvre même pas! Pour une marque comme Garage, c’est vraiment décevant. Ils perdent beaucoup d’argent avec cette application, tellement c’est compliqué d’acheter sur cette plate-forme. Une fois, ils n’ont même pas délivré mon colis au bon endroit. L’application a vraiment du potentiel, mais elle est clairement à revoir.

Asked for a refund on a package I never got they tell me 10 days. This is now the second time I’ve had a problem they are completely incompetent and honestly the clothes aren’t worth it. Shop somewhere else.

Don’t have anything negative to say about the brand itself — I love all the clothes — but the app is super slow. Not sure if it’s a problem on my end, though my device is fully updated, but it’s just so laggy and glitchy. The ui’s don’t load and the buttons are super delayed. I’ve tried on both my IPad and phone and I’m having the same issues 🙃🙃.
