## What is GarageBook?

UstaBakim is a modern maintenance tracking app built for small and medium auto repair shops. Bring your customers, vehicles, service history, and reminders into one place. Stop juggling between paper notebooks, spreadsheets, and messaging apps.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Add customers with phone and a unique reference code
• Track every vehicle: plate, make, model, photos, mileage
• Log services with parts, labor, total cost, and photos
• Schedule reminders by mileage or date for the next service
• Customers can view their own service history with a 6-digit code
• Invite staff with a 6-digit code; you control their permissions

THREE USER ROLES
• Owner: Creates the shop, manages the subscription and all data
• Staff: Joins via invite code with permissions you control
• Customer: Reads their own vehicle history via reference code

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Every plan includes the full app — the only difference is how many customers you can track.
• Free: Up to 2 customers
• Basic: Up to 25 customers
• Unlimited: Unlimited customers
Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

SECURITY
All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. You can delete your account at any time.
