Pentru orice trebuie să suni sau să te prezinți în agenție . Pentru ce mai există această aplicație dacă trebuie să te prezinți în agenție . Plățile online sau tranfer sunt foarte dificil de efectuat. Are nevoie de o actualizare. Se blochează și de multe ori nu afișează istoricul de tranzacții. Sunt mulțumit de serviciile de la bancă dar aplicația m-a dezamăgit profund. For basic operations means update ID, to re-register the app you need to visit an agency which is so frustrating for hese days. Features like generating virtual card from the app, updating ID from the app or enroll cards into Wallet seems to be scifi for this bank. I'm sorry to say that, but the app is from the past. From authentication, to ui, payment process. The functionality of the application is missing, you can't do anithing in it besides the basic operations. There isn't the posibility to autenticate with face id. This feature is easy to imlement! Degeaba ai codul dacă fereastra nu poate defila până la spațiul unde trebuie introdus codul. Este incredibil că dezvoltatorii nu au testat această funcție de bază. Să nu mai spun că notificările de aprobare pentru logare/semnare tranzacție nu sosesc întotdeauna. I never encounter this in any other apps, even if some of them I didn’t update for months after an update was available!!! The real problem is that there is no update available!!! So, why I can’t use the app?
