My progress was reset as if I never played the game. In the beginning I was satisfied playing to waste time and get gems to upgrade my stuff but after being reset think it’s time to delete and move on. I won a bunch of skins and purchased a bunch too. Each time it sends me back to like I just started the game. I even purchased the no adds. I would like to know why but I have yet to get a response from the company. Very sad. I don’t think they care about the game anymore. Today (December 20, 2025) I opened the game as usual and played it. I reopened the game 30 minutes later and it glitched me back to the beginning. I have lost all of my progress and I had to reinstall just to get my initial purchases’ restored. I have still lost all of my progress.
