I was very active too during 2nd & 3rd trimester. I was mentally very strong. I tried for normal delivery but due to medical reasons at last moment c-section was done. I m blessed with a baby boy. And he is 5months today. Honestly, I have heard a lot about parenting. But , I think Garbhsankar has entirely built my son from inside. My boy is just 5months, but he sleeps on time. He never disturbs at night. Only wakes up 2-3times for milk. His sleep hours are 7.30pm-6am. He also takes naps during day hours which helps me to handle my household work. He is a very active baby and smiles at everybody. I am a singer & I see that my baby is very interested in musics esp spiritual songs. He also tries to communicate with all. I am blessed to have a son like this. They are one of the best thing I am doing during my pregnancy as of now. Also, I reside in USA and they have schedule according to my zone time which makes it preferable. As I’m a working woman sometimes I could not manage with my work and time schedule for weekly class, so they have an option to view recorded session. Don’t worry you will not miss anything.
