Proses klaim sangat-sangat tidak mempermudah bahkan terlalu buruk bagi pengguna jasa asuransi, pengguna asuransi di buat repot saat melakukan proses claim, dengan dalih dokumen kurang lengkap, dan sangat disayangkan penjelasan dokumen kurang lengkap tidak di lampirkan secara detail apa-apa saja yang di perlukan untuk faktor pendukung proses claim oleh pihak analisa data claim jasa asuransi gardamedika ini sehingga customer selalu berulang kali bolak balik ke RS, harusnya perusahaan asuransi kesehatan sebesar ini pihak analisa dokumen, dan pihak lain-lainnya mendengarkan keluhan keluhan dari customer internal dan eksternal, dan harusnya perushaan jasa asuransi ini bukan hanya menerima melainkan melakukan change and improvment terhadap fasilitas pelayanan proses klaim secara online dan offline.
Buat Bapak/Ibu tim BOD Board of Directors jangan hanya bisa memerintah timnya untuk segera melakukan pemotongan pembayaran iuran dan mepermudah untuk melakukan proses pendaftaran new customer dari beberapa prusahaan yang sudah bekerja sama ataupun individu yang memakai jasa perusahaan ini, harusnya kalian juga melakukan edukasi untuk kemudahan dalam memberikan pelayanan proses claim untuk seluruh customer kalian yang melalui prusahaan ataupun individu. Jadikan perushaan kalian pembeda dengan proses claim yang baik, ramah, dan mudah di bandingkan jasa asuransi kesehatan lainnya.

Ini sudah kejadian kedua. Kejadian pertama nominal pengobatan di bawah 1jt, alasannya antrean finance. 

Kejadian kedua nominal di atas 1jt. Sudah upload di aplikasi per tgl 31 januari. Lihat di app status nya masih waiting for hard copy padahal hard copy sudah mereka terima dan sudah dicap oleh garda medika tgl 5 februari. Sekarang sudah 3 minggu ga ada perubahan status apa2. Dihubungi berkali2 ada aja alesannya. Barusan bgt saya call tbtb bilang dokumen saya ada yg kurang padahal saya sdh kirim lengkap. Dihubungi beda hari alasannya beda2. 

Per hari jumat tgl 20 februari 2026 jika blm ditrf juga apa lagi alesannya? Tunggu minggu depan sesudah weekend? Sesudah ini mungkin saya akan dapat balasan untuk mengirimkan nomor karyawan saya dan minta menghubungi cs mereka. Fyi itu sudah saya lakukan dari kmrn tp ga menghasilkan apa2. Bener2 masih kaya program baru yg masih berjalan 1 2 hari, padahal complain sudah banyak tp ga ada kemajuan apa2.
