We paid a greater price than the few dollars we saved. We will never use anyone but Garden Grocer. There customer service is fantastic as they always deliver on time and with the appropriate products. If something goes wrong the fix it quickly. It is so easy and convenient! Order on line as far out as you can and you get a discount. They have always been quick and reliable. One trip we were missing 1 item. It happened to be a multipack of beer. Not sure if it was missed in the order or if someone helped themselves to it at the resort. Either way 1 quick phone call and it was delivered first thing the next morning. Highly recommend them! This was especially good b/c it was raining, we were tired, and it was a little late. We had good snacks and drinks for dinner, worked out perfectly! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do NOT use this company! *2021-10-21, version 1.7.0* My order was missing two items that I paid a month in advance for. One item I had to have because of a recent surgery and Disney does not have this item. We did not rent a car so a grocery delivery service was the only way to receive the item. They didn’t return my phone calls/email for over 24hrs. When they finally delivered the item the other missing item was still forgotten. Multiple calls over multiple days went unanswered. Had to reschedule our trip due to a sick child and they have yet to process a refund (over 30 days) despite being told it would take 10-15 days. We were shorted almost $50 in product. They would not answer phone or text or email or voicemail. A bit pricey but def cheaper than buying food every day at resort or parks. Only bad part was that we were missing our spoons for cereal and one box of cereal we ordered but I couldn’t figure out an easy way to contact company to make them aware while in Disney running from park to park with a bunch of kids. I see today they don’t have any changes and store offer very poor selections when it comes to white wine They should provide alternative where you could write in a specific name of wine so they can purchase that and deliver to you. The selection of products is great and the service is outstanding! I love using the app - quick and easy to place an order (especially with your favs saved from previous orders) and easy to make a change prior to delivery day. Staff is super helpful, accurate, always reliable. highly recommend update 2022 still using them and have tried other services. Tried Walmart and although they were cheaper and there were no mistakes I had to be on property when they delivered.
