It tells me to update the app. It’s the latest version and there is no update. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same. I’m paying for a service that I can’t use. Since first reporting the problem, and well over a dozen emails sent to/from Bauer, they have managed to escalate the problem to the point of completely locking me out of the App. It’s like a yo-yo, each time they say they have fixed it & I should be able to get back in, I try and I can’t!! Don’t even bother to raising a formal complaint to Head of Customer Experience!
