Bought yearly plan, but it won’t let me access anything. Keeps telling me I need the premium plan, but when I click on it, it then says, I already have premium plan. Frustrating. Glad it came with a week trial so I won’t be out any money.

thank you for your feedback, I am really sorry that the premium plan did not work for you like it should in that version. I totally get your frustration.

The latest version 0.16.2 contains fixes for making the premium plan properly work again.

Paid for a year today and app doesn’t work.
Contacted support but no reply yet

Thank you for your feedback regarding this issue. There was a bug regarding new subscriptions of premium plans.

The latest version 0.16.2 does contain a bugfix for this issue.
