I have iPhone sonthing is wrong ### 2/5 — Not worth it *2022-08-18, version 6.5.5.34* They have a history of making it as difficult as possible to deposit a check using the app. From requesting a specific wording to be written on the check to limiting how much money can be deposited using the app ( regardless of what your balance is) to refusing deposits after you get an acceptance message in the app and instead of telling you at the moment while you are still logged on- they email you later. My old bank did not have these limitations. Their latest exploit is that they want you to have your location turned on or you won’t be able to deposit- even if you were previously able to do so. Turning on the location will not fix this. Now I will have to call customer service and see if someone can figure this out. It seems like they really, really want people to go to their branches while a pandemic is going on. They don’t really need your location- they already have authenticated you using touch id/face id. This is just some shameless attempt at data mining. I, for one will be looking for a different bank. It’s not worth it. ### 2/5 — Garden Savings Review *2021-10-22, version 6.5.5.34* Had A LOT of problems when bank suddenly switched debit from Visa to Mastercard. Didn’t get new card for over a month, then name was spelled wrong. Took over another month to get a new card. A lot of complications with automatic payments because of the switch as well. I previously loved this bank and staff so much! But this was a big deal and part of reason I opened an account at another bank. Lost a lot of faith in the bank when I had all these problems.
