Interesting type of app to use, however hope some of the features could be improved a little bit more if it could still continue to remain active, such as being easier to delete account if no longer of interest, being able to choose how could know each individual person being added, being able to include an optional option to include when first met, being able to possibly include option for when might have last got together in person apart from last time in touch and possibility to include some notes of what could be discussed with each individual during conversation.

couldn’t find a dedicated place to report bugs, but when contacts are imported, there is an off-by-one error where birthdays are imported as a day before they are in contacts. i get a notification for all contacts saying that it’s someone’s birthday today, when it’s actually tomorrow, which i always get a laugh out of.

App keeps crashing (I have enough space and good internet connectivity); and there’s very limited frames for organising groups of contacts. Message link to WhatsApp doesn’t work. Overall a nice interface and a good app but needs work.

Garden has a leg up on Fabriq by being free and allowing Facebook Messenger access.

I give it four stars because it has no email app integration, no email data type. Therefore, if this app integrates Google Voice, Instagram, and WhatsApp then this will be the top app for maintain social connections. 

If they go above and beyond by allowing you to use Apple Shortcuts to automate different ways of contacting people. It will be over for the competition. I would even drop everything to apply for a job with them - it would show company quickness I have not encountered yet.

This is the app I am looking for. I like the simplicity of the interface. A lot of my friends use wechat to keep in touch. If this app can integrate wechat as a way to contact people, in addition to imessages, phone call, and FaceTime, I would probably give it 4 or 4.5 stars.

App is overall good. It’s simple and to the point. I’ve tried others like Cloze and Monica, and it’s so bloated with features, that it misses the main point of the app. Garden is focused and does what it says on the tin. One main criticism is that the UI can be much improved!

I’ve tried out a couple of personal crm apps and I really like that this one links with your address book and you can initiate contact straight from the app. 

What it needs to make it perfect is the ability to log notes with each interaction. ie “met with John yesterday, he told me about the time he climbed Mt. Everest”.

I’ve been using this app for years now and LOVE it. However the last week I have been unable to log in OR reset my password with the app citing server issues every time I try either. Can someone please let me know what’s going on before I have to start over with a new app. 😔

App has stopped working. Help email bounces back. Website “under construction”. Note developer has not submitted a privacy policy to Apple and you can’t read the developer’s privacy policy because their website isn’t working. I recommend “avoid”.

It logged me out of my account. Can’t log in with my password. Doesn’t send me a password reset email. Their website doesn’t work. Their email address doesn’t receive emails. And annoyingly, it still sends me notifications about reaching out to my friends. But I cannot log in and update anything. It is very frustrating.

What for?  There is no privacy statement other than it won’t send spam. But is the info sold, and what about getting hacked?  Why collect all the contact information on my friends and family?  Couldn’t the app just work without sharing that info to someone else’s devices (the developers and who knows who else?). Great idea. But I can’t even try the app without gambling with my friend’s data.

Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen, mich wieder anzumelden, habe ich beschlossen, mein Passwort zurückzusetzen.
Leider wird mir nicht die Mail zum Zurücksetzen zugeschickt, das bedeutet, ich kann mich nicht mehr anmelden. Dabei habe ich die App so gerne benutzt!
Kann mir einer aus dem Support helfen? Leider kann man den Entwickler nicht direkt anschreiben...

Simple, easy and functional. Only thing I would change is the ability to add contact photos on manually created contacts and change contact photos on all contacts. Other than that, app is perfect.

I’ve been looking for an app to remind me to get in touch with people. I was paying $20 a month for Cloze to do this function (among many others that I didn’t use). I keep more detailed notes in my Day One journal about important interactions so all I really need is an alert to remind me when to call my family and friends. If I need info on anything we discussed last time, I just pull the note up in Day One based on the last interaction date I put in Garden.

I like how easy this app is. You choose when you want to get in touch with someone, the last date of interaction, and a short note. The app does exactly what it is meant to do!

I have a lot of friends living in Europe as I used to go to school there. It’s hard to remember to keep up because I no longer see them every day, but this app serves as a reminder quite well.

There was a bit of an issue in previous versions because it only allowed you to access iMessage through the app, and while popular in the US and Canada, iMessage is not quite as widespread in Europe (my primary target here). With the latest update, support has been added for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. WhatsApp works wondrously, but Messenger integration leaves a bit to be desired but I am glad it’s there.

Overall with this latest update this app is finally at a place where its ease of use is up to par with an app I not only use, but enjoy using.

I tried a lot of friend manager apps and this was my favorite — simple, attractive, able but optional to import contacts, and a brief reminder that lets you quickly send someone a note. It’s helped me reconnect with a friend already—just on the day she heard she’d need surgery!
