I live in the city of Gardena and this app is super helpful. I called twice to replace my trash can that was defective and it never came. Using the app I was able to submit a claim, send a picture and track the progress of my issue. In less than 3 days I have a new trash can. This app also helped me learn new places and things about my neighborhood I never knew. Great job!
