I have tried to restore iTunes many times with no luck. I don’t believe it is an iTunes problem as I don’t have a problem with any other subscriptions. ### 1/5 — Too difficult for me! *2020-09-17* Instructions for using existing subscription are too complex for me. I downloaded one magazine. It then auto renewed in December 2017 (which was not clear when I subscribed). When I have now tried to download the magazines, I cannot get anything! It does not recognise my subscription. At least my subscription is now cancelled. What a waste of money. This App should be deleted. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2018-01-09* Subscription due March this year but couldn’t download December’s issue, saying my subscription was due. Next media wanted proof, so much for their record keeping. In the end they thought they had fixed it but then I couldn’t download January’s issue. I have lost all my past issues, which really annoys me as I like to look things up. Have gone back to the paper magazine. This magazine covers a comprehensive assortment of topics. I really enjoy reading about how people have established and nurtured their gardens and what motives them. But to avoid heartache do not subscribe. Buy individual magazines on a month by month basis. That way you’ll get what you pay.
