We still can not figure out some of the challenges/competitions. How do you earn a star after the competition is met?? Extremely visually appealing, this app covers the basics of begining gardening, including planting seeds, watering, and seed production. Kids learn to blend primary colors to make secondary, and then tertiary colors, in the process of seed production. Caring for the plants allows the child to earn hearts, which can then be redeemed like money for fancier seeds and garden decor. This provides an excellent talking point for financial responsibility, as you really have to earn those hearts through work before you can 'buy' the extra gardening items. Don't worry - no real money-costing activities (no in app purchases). Art, nature, economics all tailored to the preschool - elementary crowd in one place.
