Wczoraj potrzebowałam tego zegarka bardzo mocno! Nie wiedziałam gdzie jest moje dziecko które za daleko pojechała hulajnoga. Miałam z nim kontakt głosowy ale nie był mi w stanie powiedzieć gdzie mam go szukać. Lokalizacja na zegarku totalnie nie działał. Pokazywała mi że jest w domu i datę 2 dni wcześniej o 4 w nocy. Próbowalam odinstalować i na nowo wgrać aplikację to występuje błąd zmiany hasła. Nie polecam

Aplikacja nieintuicyjna, a najgorsze jest to że nie ma żadnej aktualizacji ani aplikacji ani samego zegarka.

I bought their watch for my kid last year and at first everything was more or less fine - except for the app, which was probably created by a drunk developer. App has lots of menus and submenus, it’s absolutely dull and non-intuitive. But in a couple of months the watch started to lose battery charge in an hour or two of simply lying in a drawer. It’s impossible to use it now and it always shows incorrect time even after I change it in settings.

The worst app of its kind. Unintuitive, keeps crashing, sometimes you can't log in all day. A function in chaos. You can see from the reviews that the problem is widespread, well-known, but the company doesn't care. 

I regret buying a watch.

Aplikace nechce komunikovat s hodinkami, je komplikovana, neprehledna. Samotna registrace a prihlaseni je problematicke. Nejdrazsi sunt, co jsme zatim detem koupili. Nedoporucuji.

After recent update, my children’s phones do not track at all any longer. GPS tracking has been replaced with Wi-Fi tracking and LBS tracking doesn’t work any longer. It says “Unable to get location information”

Nie do wiary że ktoś sprzedaje zegarek i apkę reklamując jako stały kontakt z dzieckiem, gdy lokalizacja pokazuje co chce. Czesto pokazuje że dziecko jest na drugim końcu miasta podczas gdy jest w szkole. Apka wylogowuje, nie zalogowuje ponownie i do tego zmień hasło nie działa. Ogólnie nic tam Nie działa. Szkoda kasy, bo stres mam ogromny za każdym razem gdy pokazuje mi losowa lokalizację zegarka.

A very poor and misleading app. First of all, it doesn’t fulfill one of its main functions, which is tracking the child’s location: regularly, many times a day, it shows random locations (often the same ones) that are kilometers away from where the child actually is. Sometimes the children are at home, but the app shows that they just left the previously set “fence” area.

This ends up with you receiving dozens of notifications a day saying that the child is outside of school, and you stop paying attention to them. And when one day the child really does wander off, you’ll assume it’s just another app error.

Instead of replying to everyone here with pre-prepared phrases, DO something about this app. It’s unclear, there’s no tutorial. If I had known how badly it would work, I wouldn’t have bought your watch.

Położenie gps aktualizuje się kiedy chce, lbs pokazuje co chce. Czasem lokalizacja wifi pokazuje że córka jest w zupełnie innym miejscu niż jest faktycznie. Nie wyrzucam zegarka tylko dlatego, że dziecko może z niego zadzwonić. Nie polecam ani zegarka ani aplikacji.

Aplikacja dobrze współgra z zegarkiem dziecka. Wygląd ładny, świeży i przejrzysty, wszystko można szybko znaleźć, GPS właściwie pokazuje położenie małego właściciela :)

I want to make statement that the app propose as default user Dad. As a Mother who bought the clock and take care of my child and is fully competent in technologies I want to protest against favorisation - in this for sure „unrelevant” for „some users and programers” social and technological issue - Fathers. 

Hope to find it soon changed.

In other questions I find the app very helpful.

Nie ma możliwości ustawienia wibracji w telefonie, aplikacja taka sama jak do słabszego modelu zegarka (my mamy garden kids essa 4g)

Hodnocení po týdnu používání: registrace a spárování hodinek s aplikací v pohodě, GPS funguje obstojně - není to dokonalý, ale pro základní údaj to stačí (nejde očekávat, že to pošlape jako Apple Watch). Aplikace je zbytečně komplikovaná - nastavení probíhá na dvou místech, nikdy nevím, jestli budu nastavovat na jednom nebo na druhém místě - chtělo by to sjednotit. Co mi vadí a šlo by to v rámci aktualizace změnit - pokud dítě posle hlasovou zprávu přes nativní aplikaci hodinek, tak se v mobilu neukáže notifikace, člověk musí jít aktivně do appky, otevřít chat a aktualizovat ho… V této podobě je hlasová zprava tedy nepoužitelná. Budeme řešit whatsappem. 
Pak mám výhrady i k samotným hodinkám, ale to základní, co jsme chtěli (možnost si zavolat a mít přehled o lokaci), funguje.
