My kids use this app at school & like it. I downloaded the app & want to pay to upgrade it to more challenging math levels but it won’t let me download any new characters or upgrade. I click “support” within the app & nothing happens. Writing this review so hopefully someone on this app can help me.

I’m so excited. This is the perfect format for my daughter. I bought all the characters and still can’t access the higher grade options. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and now The extra characters are locked again. I still can’t choose a different grade.

The game crashes after the beginning graphics.

**Developer response:** Hi!  Thank you so much for giving your feedback!  We're sorry for what you've experienced.  Do not worry we will do our best to find a solution for this and release it on our upcoming updates.
As of the moment, we would like you to check if your device have enough RAM  because that might be the problem. It should be above and not equal to 512ram.
We will release an update to optimize the performance of devices with relatively less memory.

I love this game but I would like to ask you something...why does Garfield and odie cost money? I know I know...! $2.99 for the other characters but why? It’s cheap but...now I’m not saying your game is bad it’s not! ITS REALLY REALLY FUN!!! but I have only 1 character and it’s the panda so I looked to see what other animals I could get but they all cost $2.99 I’m very tempted to ask my mom to buy Garfield fir me but I dunno what she will say...probably “no”,but you never know (I just won’t ask her) this game is best but spending money just to buy 1 character sound a little wack to me..and I’m very excited to see what else you guys will put in your game in the following updates! I love this game so much! 🙂🙃 it was a thrill to play it and once again I’m going to say, “OH MY GOSH THIS GAME IS AWSOME!!!” Also I hope you guys watch the Garfield cartoon! If not you should its FUNNY 🙂
