Adds usually ran 30 seconds. That was reasonable. Then they started with 30 seconds, hit the X to get out. Then another 5 seconds for the home ad page. Then they started expanding the length of adds. Then another 15 seconds on the home ad page. I closed it out, and opened it back up, and it pushed me down to level 1, and when I try to reconnect to Facebook, it won’t connect me. I even tried to use the help button to contact the developers, and it keeps saying “error.” PLEASE FIX THIS! I haven't played all this time to get as far as I’ve gotten for nothing! PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP, I know how some developers just take your money and then don’t respond when there is a problem. Please please please fix this problem. ### 1/5 — Crashing when I'm near the end of a game or using xtra help, which I lose. *2019-09-19* I've said this before but, nothing has changed. Crashes whenever I use a help so I have to start from beginning and lose my help. Also does it when I'm nearing the end of a game after I've used xtra coins to finish the game so I lose my coins and any xtra help I've accumulated. Funny, when I don't use any xtra help or coins this doesn't happen. Like the game but don't like what's been happening, especially when I have to pay out coins that I lose because of the crashes. If it continues, I'll be forced to do what I've done with other games that costs me too much to play, I delete them. Still doing the same thing. I get to the last play, use my last aide and also watch a movie for xtra play. Next thing, the whole thing crashes and if course, when it comes back up, I've lost everything I used. Including my purchased coins. There is no way you can continue telling me this is a coincidence when it doesn't happen if I don't use my aides. You can be sure that when I've played all my aides, etc., the next play will have me paying to get thru that last play I needed for the rewards. I'll continue to play but I won't be paying out money for any xtra plays when it's right before the play I would pick up my rewards. This just has happened once too often. Every other day, it tries to force me to play the next stage on the main grid, by shoving the pre-play pop up in my face. All of this before I am allowed to do anything I actually wanted to do. The “support” discriminates against people who are in the Autism Spectrum. I have Asperger Syndrome. The are deeply unprofessional acting solely out of personal animus. Annoying ### 2/5 — I Deleted It...can only advance by buying stuff! *2021-04-04* At first I thought this was a great game. It has cool gameplay with unique twists to it. I’ve had it now a few months and finally deleted it today. After the “honeymoon” period of the fist 15-20 games it gets exponentially more difficult. There are levels I played daily for a week or more and there are some you simply cannot beat without some of the “good stuff”. They are very stingy with giving away anything that helps so it can leave you playing a very difficult level for a long time....BORING! It’s a shame too because it is one of the better concepts out there but spending four months playing every day for a bit of time and only reaching level 121 is not fun. **Developer response:** Thank you for playing and for leaving a review!
