## What is Garhu?

Garhu helps you stop smoking and stay stopped.

Set your quit date and Garhu tracks the days you have gone without a cigarette, what you have saved, and how your body is recovering — each milestone drawn from published health research and shown with its source.

WHAT GARHU DOES
• Daily check-in — record each day honestly and watch your streak build
• Savings — see exactly what you have kept, based on what you actually smoked
• Health recovery — the stages your body passes through after quitting
• Milestones — endurance, health, money, environment, rank and support, each with its own ladder
• Craving support — a breathing exercise, two distraction games, and a short check-in that suggests what might help
• Community — read and share with other people going through the same thing

FOR ORGANISATIONS
Employers can run stop-smoking competitions inside Garhu, with verified results from breath carbon-monoxide testing. Taking part is voluntary, and the privacy policy sets out exactly what an employer can and cannot see.

Garhu is in Mongolian. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking.
