This is the "Garoon mobile" app that supports SAML and two-factor authentication.
Garoon mobile is available for free to users of Garoon Cloud, both during the trial period and the subscription period. Login information for Garoon is required to use this app.

### 1/5 — 最近のアプリとは思えない使い勝手

端的に言うとデータが最低限見れるだけで、モバイル端末に最適化されていません。最近のWEBページはよくレシポンシブル対応していますよね。それくらい、生成AIとか活用したらすぐ作れるはずなのですが、本サービスは対応していません。余計な機能を増やす前にそもそもモバイルで見やすいようにすべきです。
あとメッセージから直接Todoが作成できると良いです。同じサービス内なのだから、それくらい出来た方が良いです。
本当に使いにくいのでおすすめしません。

iPhoneのパスワード自動入力や、パスワードマネージャーからコピペしようとすると、大文字を勝手に小文字に変換してエラーになる。Chromeパスワードからの自動入力しか受け付けない。極めて使い勝手が悪い。

何度もフィードバックを求めてくるところ
ログインしたとき、いちいち評価を書かせないでほしい
これ、ほんとに聞いてほしい。あまりにもしつこいと、部署に相談して、別会社のツールがないか、検討してもらいます。

グループウェアとして致命的な検索機能が弱く、PC表示にしないと欲しい情報が得られない。PC表示は文字が小さく操作性が悪いのでひとつのことをするのに手間がかかる。
UIも2〜3世代くらい古いので、刷新して欲しい。

追記
UIが刷新されたがスマホで操作する際に指が届く範囲にあって欲しい通知が画面上部へ行き、ホーム位置に謎のTo-Doボタンが配置されますますストレスが溜まる設計に…
もう少し検証していただきたい

メッセージをスマホアプリで開いてPC表示にしたい場合にトップ画面に戻って再度メッセージを選択するのは手間です。該当メッセージのPC表示になるようにして頂いた方が使いやすいです。

最近メニュー画面が強制的に新表示で表示されるようになったので仕方なく使用してますが、旧メニュー画面からに比べてPC表示へ切り替えたときの表示速度が非常に遅いです。通常PCで使い慣れているユーザーはモバイル表示でGaroonを使用したいとは思いません。モバイルであっても常にPC表示にして使用したいと思うはずです。是非この問題を解消して欲しいです。非常に困っています。

ガルーンアプリでは、スケジュール調整がやりにくくて仕方ありません。
週単位でしかスケジュールの内容が確認出来ないからです。

月単位でもスケジュールの内容が見える様にして欲しいです。

サイボウズkunaiのシンクモードでは、スケジュールの月表示でも予定内容が分かる仕様だったので、スケジュール調整で利用しやすかったです。kunaiの様な月表示画面があると非常に助かります。
