I like the easy of recording, but not being able to use accrued rewards is not cool. In addition, so you earn rewards through the app? The world may never know. I received an email confirmation that I would get my order within 3 hours, and never received any follow up to say it wouldn’t come. Still can put in an order on iPhone 8 but the app won’t even open anymore on the iPad mini. On the phone I often get a ghosted screen image, and have to shut down the app to make it usable again. If you set up a cart it can only be accessed on the device you started it on. ### 1/5 — Where is my pickup? *2020-04-24* I usually love Gary’s but I am very unhappy with a pickup order. I placed a pickup order on 4/15 with an estimated Saturday 4/18 pickup date. It’s now 4/23 and I still haven’t gotten notified to pick up my order. I’ve called a few times to inquire and I was told they were busy but would have my order by 4/23. I totally understand that circumstances are crazy now, but why is it taking 8 days to pick product for a pickup order? Since he left, the quality and breadth of the available options has suffered considerably, and the organization of the craft beer section of the store has been noticeably worse. Hugely disappointing. It’s much less convenient for me logistically, but I now go to other merchants further away for craft beer purchases. I’ve shared my views with friends who are also craft beer lovers, and they wholeheartedly agree.
