Nach wenigen Wochen erscheinen beide Geräte in der App als offline und können von Remote nicht mehr geöffnet werden, obwohl sich die Geräte weiterhin im lokalen WLAN befinden. Anfangs hat alles funktioniert. El botón de programación, mejor que no lo toques, te quedas sin conexión. Parece que es la App. Se lo he transmitido a ellos varias veces. Pero no lo arreglan. Veo por las reseñas que no soy el único caso ni mucho menos. Espero que lo solucionen pronto! ### 1/5 — Falla mucho *2026-02-14, version 2.5.2* Al principio salía un símbolo de una llama cuando está encendida la calefacción, ahora ya no sale el símbolo entonces tienes que suponer que está encendida cuando subes la temperatura objetivo. El servicio de atención al cliente no sabe solucionar temas de la aplicación, solo de la configuración del aparato.
