And if you like AI, check it out just for the little botty bot that packs a punch! Also helps that the admin team are so easy to reach out to. Plus my public liability insurance is with Rhino and there is a rep on there that helps with issues aswell! Stop over charging and doing pointless updates to try to justify the price. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Worked fine when it was free. Surprise surprise, yet another price increase. I’m employed so Don’t need the forms and fault finder was useful to compare possible outcomes. Just looking at the replies to reviews shows all you need to know about the type of person that’s running this app. Doesn’t seem to take suggestions very well. This really is a terrible app now. There’s a lot better out there for gas engineers ### 1/5 — Impractical *2025-03-25, version 3.5.21* When wanting to view a manual for MI’s you need to wait 5 minutes every time to verify your account. Why cant this just be done once ? Whats the point in making a verified account in the first place ? Apparently you can still use part of it for free but make it virtually impossible to log on and connect. I use it just for the manuals, I get free apps need to advertise to generate some sort of income but the new update is a joke. Having to submit your GS number and wait 5 minutes for a code just to access 1 Manual. Could understand if it was a one off that you had to do this but having to do it for every manual is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — The trying to justify £12.99 *2025-02-13, version 3.4.8* For servicing this app was great, free and easy to use. Recently I deleted a form- a legal LGSR form more importantly- accidentally and thought damn I’ve lost that for good. I emailed customer service on a Sunday and they got back to me momentarily I was amazed. They took some info in regard to the deleted form and boom by Monday morning they’d recovered it and uploaded back on to my account. You have got everything here in one app, all the boiler info and technical stuff But have been using the office for my invoicing and gas certificates so easy to use. Also you have the personal touch on hand if you have a problem. This app has made my life so much easier. Would highly recommend.
