Unfortunately even after the app update to fix the bugs it’s still showing error messages etc. Possibly could be a good piece of software but not at present when trying to run a business. ### 4/5 — “Trail expired” 100s notifications *2025-10-28, version 4.7.5* Wanted to try out the app to see if it would offer something my current CRM doesn’t. Sadly after setting up I got no word of a lie a notification every minute until I deleted the app saying “trail expired? Send us a message” Sure send one or two but one every single minute is excessive. Also the spelling mistake was enough to be off putting in the first instance but to then get all these notifications just really didn’t fill me with confidence moving forward. Maybe just a bug but left a bit of a sour taste. Will maybe check in later down the line as I can see the potential benefits. ### 3/5 — Works half the time *2025-09-29, version 4.7.3* Friday night invoice time, can’t sync to server if you use this app get used to it. Report it back to them that it happens on 3 devices they ask you to uninstall and install time after time and check it up-to-date. Do all of that just to get … you got it “failed to sync” moving onto another software that’s actually reliable and doesn’t crash every cert or invoice. ### 5/5 — Rich *2025-04-09, version 4.5.6* As a new engineer I’m been trying to get used to all the paperwork side of things. So far so good with this app. Takes a little while to get used to but once you figure things out it’s been really helpful. Nope. Can’t do anything without an error message. Add customer details? Error. Add certificate? Error. Subscribe? Error. Useless. Giving up trying. ### 1/5 — NOT RELIABLE *2025-11-17, version 4.7.6* This app could be decent but theres to many issues to trust it on jobs. Certs sometimes just duplicate and syncing takes ages or just fails it would be quicker using paper certs then going back an forth as it take ages for anything to get fixed. Maybe it’ll get better but right now I can’t rely on it for my business. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2025-10-29, version 4.7.5* It does what it says on the tin but needs lots of improvement. Needs an asset save so you don’t have put in appliance details every time a new cert is made. Needs to save all info of an address with landlord details and any information of the appliances for that address. The server overwrites your data. Emails get sent to the wrong customer. If you amend a document then save it when you go back to check it keeps all your old data. Everything is all user friendly and easy to work round when doing all the gas certificates. It saves all the information what I need for every customer and not having to hold a load of paper copies on the van is very handy when it’s all stored on the app. My customers like that they get a yearly service reminder and emailed certificate on completion of every job. The customer service is very helpful when wanting to find out any information on the app from the team.
