Not had any major problems and any issues that have arisen (like all software) has been resolved quickly. The software is regularly updated and with the superb support from the team at GES there’s always help on hand if there’s an issue or a query. Used the certs of local authority contract who were very pleased and satisfied. ### 5/5 — Fga download required. *2022-11-03, version 5.19.0* I have an Anton pro3 analyser and recently my unit was unable to save anymore reports. I contacted Anton technical several times but in the end found out that they do not allow you to back up all completed and saved reports only one by one if you use Apple devices. Not impressed.👎 Contacted technical at GES and as usual were very helpful. After ample information Trevor and other staff kindly tracked all my data down and all by name date in order etc. Apparently it's going to be a feature hopefully in the future. Whether you're a sole trader or a large company your data needs backing up. If you want a top reliable and helpful company use GES. I've been with them since the beginning and am glad to say how far they've come. Does everything you could ever need and generates loads of repeat business from the automated service reminders. Saves hundreds of hours of admin each year and it’s thousands of pounds cheaper than employing an admin person. Plus the ability to check back on previous jobs whilst on site is so handy. You can see what you informed customers/landlords of for years instantly on your phone and reissue list certificates instantly. The client database makes managing addresses and customers a breeze. If you own a heating business. You need this app. Perhaps the only thing missing is the oil forms for non oftec registered companies. It’s made my working day so much easier and enables me to use my time effectively. Admin done on site, so minimal work once I get home. It’s all very neat and easy to use. Typing up certificates on their is amazing too, no more pen and paper, all emailed straight to customer. If you’re questioning whether it’s worth the money, it is! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not useful *2025-05-23, version 5.59.1* Not a straight forward setup. They should ask heating engineers before setting up such an app. The writing is so small that will send you to the opticians. The address is in red with underlines???? Why, let’s make it even harder to read. All round poor app. ### 1/5 — Expensive *2025-01-19, version 5.55.0* Been using this software for many years. Not seen any real improvement in it. The price keeps going up and up. Greed springs to mine. ### 1/5 — Great app when it’s working *2022-11-17, version 5.19.1* Had nothing but problems from the day I signed up to the software. It’s a great app when it works but I’ve made around 8 calls since my subscription started and will have to make another one tomorrow. Not ideal when you’re paying money for something to help your business but it’s costing you time, money and undue stress. ### 1/5 — They raised the price for £18/ month *2022-03-13, version 5.14.3* I’m using that software now for 6 years. Been really happy until they raised in the last one year the price for £15 plus Vat a month. They not showing anywhere prices so when you sign up look around with other companies as I’m thinking to leave them as ITS NOT WORTH £18 month, specially software didn’t improve speed etc... ### 1/5 — Not impressed *2022-02-12, version 5.14.2* You still need to work out the volume of pipe work, calculations for leakage etc. Pressure test medium does not display gas, if it has the option for typing in lengths of pipe and it calculated the volume and purge volume/purge hoses then I would be interested. I prefer my own company certs I have as a file where I just carry out the calculations then just type them up. Also couldn’t see the option about a tightness test, it was all strength. ### 2/5 — Was excellent, now glitchy. *2022-01-31, version 5.14.1* I couldn’t manage without this. Also they keep improving things. I just wish extra engineers could be cheaper to add. It was fantastic, but now syncing is slow, glitches in invoicing following a job report & suggestions are not being implemented. Shame as it was simply brilliant. You really should check your updates before releasing, the app is not usable at present time. It caters for domestic and commercial clients. As an improvement, I would like to add multiple pictures attachments instead of uploading multiple single ones. Did the job perfectly. Now I've got three engineers and the app's handled the growth without missing a beat. Scheduling, customer history, job tracking across the team, all in one place. Didn't need to switch to anything else. Reliable day to day, support team are quick when you need them. Andy ### 5/5 — You won’t be disappointed 👍🏽 *2024-06-04, version 5.47.0* We have been using this for a few years now, all our staff are familiar with the system, easy to use, the developers are constantly upgrading the system to make it easier / better, any issues we have, we can ring them up, there very helpful and get us back up and going instantly ( mainly our errors ) add photos to each job, email to the customer, looks very professional and in a tap of a button we can also look at all our previous visits that any engineer has had at a job 100% happy with this software and I’m glad we made the jump from paper copy to this software when we did, having a boss that is stuck is his old ways and convincing him this is the way forward has really paid off & he now loves it too 👍🏽 ### 5/5 — Game Changer! *2024-06-03, version 5.47.0* Every heating company should use this app. As a business tool it does so much. It’s helped my business no end with ease of quoting with templates and invoicing with reminders. A data base of customer, address and appliance details which becomes invaluable.
