Only thing I wish would be added is an advanced feature that lets you customize the size of your fuel tank for each vehicle (gallons/liters) for the most accurate possible calculations…this would allow users with added fuel cells or larger/smaller tires or inaccurate odometers to best calculate MPG. Please make this happen! It will be automatic 5 stars if you add this functionality ### 5/5 — It’s very good seriously… *2024-08-18* Ive been using this for six years. It provides a wealth of data on gas consumption and is very well organized. The developer respects your privacy and does not require a subscription. The way I use it is whenever I fill-up, I take a photo of the odometer and the gas pump. This is it. I have been using this app for 10 years and I know exactly how much I spend, use and when. And if there is ever a question on you credit card bill you can just look on the app to compare. This is a great way to see your spending, your monthly driving - and even get a sense of if something has changed with your car (mileage noticeable dropping/changing). Very simple to use and great way to even compare across different vehicles (I even used it w rental cars). I’ve wished that it would address Motorcycles, and now as an Apple Watch owner, wish the developer would create a version for it. Hey, you’d sell more licenses and increase customer downloads by doing so, and yes, you’ve got competition from Fuel Monitor. I’ve tried a few apps and this is the best one in my experience. Don’t “improve” it. It’s works perfectly as it is. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Secretly not free *2026-05-17, version 1.59* 1 star review for the fact they hide you only get 10 fillups and then it locks until you pay the overpriced full version. Otherwise it’s a bit clunky with how you setup and enter. Mpg calculations are also not even close to accurate if you ever do less then a full fuel up. ### 1/5 — Rating review *2025-04-17* At first I found the app to be very good, it helped me to track my spend on fuel which in turn would assist in keeping up to date on the performance of the vehicle. Limited to use 10 fill ups for free version. I wasted of my time by using this. I wish I could have been purchased but it is not worth it to pay any single dollar. It becomes rigid while logging the details. I have to fix two parameters to log the mileage. It is either of total cost, per litre price or volume parameters. An user should able to enter any two parameters and the app should automatically calculate the other parameter. Not happy with their sales method of getting you hooked then getting you to pay to continue to use it when at a glance it appears to be a free app. I won't be buying it, I will use free way of keeping track of consumption (it's not that hard!) ### 1/5 — Can't enter old data *2015-09-24, version 1.41* If you miss one entry and try to do it later, the app will say the odometer must be greater than last entry. When I do fill up after a partial it ignores the data from the partial fill-up, resulting in false consumption figures. I use the notes section to record maintenance and where I filled up as well, so lots of information in one place. Would be great if the app had provision to record maintenance and give alerts when maintenance is due.
