I called him. He says he can’t do it so I contacted the customer support. They moved my request to another day but still assigned to the same Driver it’s been going on for like for five days straight, they keep changing the date, but kept the same driver so I couldn’t get any other driver finally was fed up requested to cancel and ask them refund my amount back to my account but no answer or reply from them that they will issue a refund. I’ve been calling their number and every time I called it’s said their customer service are busy handing other calls and they ask you to wait so don’t bother waiting cause eventually after a couple of minutes they’ll just it hangs up on you ### 1/5 — Very Bad application & bad service *2025-07-04, version 2.44* Can’t fulfill their promises.
