So this is the second time that i make an order it gets confirmed and 48h after the delivery schedule and the order is not here yet
Customer service said they will fix the issue over 30h ago and still nothing 
Don’t waist your time and just use another app

Very bad service, worst experience ever.
They promised to have the gaz between 4-6 pm, after 3 hours i called the number of the delivery, he told me that he is on leave and i need to cancel the order. There is no cancellation button!! I tried to contact the support team without any response!!
The delivery man called me the next day at 11:00 am to deliver the gaz! The food that i tried to prepare last night for the upcoming 2 days went to garbage!

I ordered a gas and I paid for quick service. I paid total 68 and no one answer me even the customer service. I have been waiting  for 4 hours and no one came or answer. Very bad application and customer service. I will report them because they took my money and no one answer

At first there were really helpful, but then they doubled the price and delaying my orders, if your driver can’t deliver at the same time you mentioned don’t accept the order or at least inform me!!! I have ordered at 7PM and now is nearly 11 when it will come while I’m sleeping!!
I have tried to call they don’t answer too 😤

Very bad experience with this app and there customer service I ordered a new gas cylinder and it accessories in Khobar it got accepted waited from them for 4hrs after that a girl from customer service told I think her name is Wala contacted me and said we are going to cancel the order for the cylinder and you can order again but I couldn’t and she told me she will fix it but I didn’t hear from her since then and was waiting for 3 days from the accessories but didn’t arrive and now my money is in there app wallet and can’t refund it to my main bank account.
Very disappointed and I hope everybody be aware of what scam the are playing here

Save yourself time and money.  Unless you pay for the express service they won't deliver as promised.  Also good luck getting a response from either the driver or support.  Finally there is no number to call! They have your money (prepaid) then don't give a hoot if you have to sit at home waiting (for nothing)!

The CS is really difficult to work with. It is like they do not want to make business or earn money. You don’t get answers if they don’t like the question. The answers are not related to the question. And they started charging 17sar for every delivery.

I ordered a gas cylinder and a regulator package twice on the application over three days and the items were not delivered when phoning the call centre I was informed that it is because there were no regulator had I known this was the case I would not have not ordered through your application both ordered has been canceled and I’m due a refund. Now I’m been told it will take 7-14 days to refund me the money this is not acceptable and I demand my money is refund immediately

وللأسف حسموا المبلغ وبدون اي خدمة

I have been a regular gasable customer since inception. My latest experience with them and their customer service is very bad. My orders for gas cylinders have not been delivered. I have been in contact with the customer service and was promised several times that they will follow-up the order until delivery. It has been 3 days of back and forth communication with customer service with empty promises of “i will personally follow-up order until delivery” or it will be followed up now”. I will just use up my remaining fund in my account and will not use gasable again.

I was using this application for long time , they have problem in delivering the order on the time specially my experience in delivering gas and water supply order , when you explain from the customer service oncall replied simply we have no enough stock for supply. I have two such bad experience

I have used this application many times and probably this is the last time I have used it. The order is never delivered on time and you sit and wait. Driver either do not pick your call or when they pick they do not tell you correct information and order is delayed by 2 day. And you just sit and wait as you have already paid them. 
Customer support never picks call nor reply to messages. Their customer support is worse that I have experienced so far. 

If you can not deliver on time, do not ask customer to pick slot. Atleast respect customer enough to show them correct delivery timelines so they can arrange alternates. 

Poor service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this application and would not recommend it to others.
First, I transferred an amount to my wallet within the app, but it did not appear when placing an order for a gas cylinder. As a result, I had to make the payment again via Apple Wallet. Only after submitting the order did the transferred amount appear in my wallet.
Second, I paid extra for fast delivery, yet the order took significantly longer than expected.

So I use the app one time and it worked now when I worked try to order again after a couple of months They assigned me a driver that’s not in my area. I called him. He says he can’t do it so I contacted the customer support. They moved my request to another day but still assigned to the same Driver it’s been going on for like for five days straight, they keep changing the date, but kept the same driver so I couldn’t get any other driver finally was fed up requested to cancel and ask them refund my amount back to my account but no answer or reply from them that they will issue a refund. I’ve been calling their number and every time I called it’s  said their customer service are busy handing other calls and they ask you to wait so don’t bother waiting cause eventually after a couple of minutes they’ll just it hangs up on you

Can’t fulfill their promises. 
The app force you to top up your wallet before you proceed with your order. Then, in the payment page, they give you other options to pay. 

I advise people to stay away from Gasable. If you want to lose your energy and your mind, then go ahead and use it.
