One way is to only allow 1 reporting per day per account: most people fill up once a week, commercial drivers fill up once or maximum twice a day (truckers, taxis, realtors, delivery etc.) Also, each reporter must submit proof of price (a photo of the pump taken directly from the camera not photo gallery, matched with the app geo-location of the account holder to ensure that the pump picture actually belongs to that gas station) It’s frustrating to drive a distance to get fuel to save a few bucks only to find out that the price is higher than the closer petrol stations.
