عدم احترام وقت العميل والملابس توصل وصخة وتلاعب من قبل العاملين فيها لا انصح بها ابدا واذا خربو الملابس مايعوضونك بشى

الخدمه بشكل عام مريحه إذا كنت تبي تغسل أشياء بسيطه (شراب - فوطه ) يجون ياخذون الغسيل من البيت. 

بعد تجربتهم المره الاولى عجبني الموضوع و قلت بجرب ارسل شراشف السرير . رجع لي الغسيل على الوقت ولكن غطاء المخده كان محروق و فيه شق دائري . القماش كتان . 

صورت المخده و حاولت اتواصل معهم على الرقم الموجود بالتطبيق (الرقم ما يرد او مقفل) 

تواصلت مع المندوب و عطان رقم ترسل له. 
سياسة الشركه انهم "يردون ١٠ اضعاف قيمه غسيل القطعه التالفه" 

او "نصف القيمه الشرائية."

طبعا مستحيل اجيب الفاتوره لانها ورقيه من crate and barrel . 

المحادثه بالاخير صفت على التالي 
"نرجع لك ٤٠ ريال"
"ان المبلغ المواجد بالرصيد لا يرد" 
علماً بأن الرصيد بالمحفظه باقي فلوس.
