### 1/5 — Gaston Gazette e-Paper app update issued either 12/1 or 12/2 hangs

When I access the Gaston Gazette e-paper app, the app now hangs and I can’t access the e-paper edition via the app.  The hang displays “Gaston Gazette”, but the e-paper edition never appears.  I am using an Apple i-Pad and have successfully accessed this e-paper app until the most recent update.  I can access the Gaston Gazette app which just displays news stories with no issues.

It’s a cool local paper but not enough local news. If you need to drive more subscriptions then start with kids sports. Everything. Schools, clubs even T-Ball. People here will buy the paper to see their kids written up.

I never thought I it would come to this.  I read newspapers online.  The apps make it look and feel like the old days of paper.  But we are saving trees and carrying a wealth of information in our electronic pockets.  Join the revolution.   Go online.

I like that the article opens up in a new window with bigger print. You can close the window to get back to browse view.

It is very convenient to just click on the app to read the Gazette. I like the options it offers. It will read to me as I am visually impaired,this is quite helpful.
