Please read carefully, I lost my money few weeks ago in bitcoin investment.

This seems like a scam app to me unlike others exchanges, I was introduced to Gate.io by a friend then I have to transferred my coin from my previous platform to their platform and I was not credited and the transaction has been confirmed so I message gate.io support with all necessary proof and they kept muted without replying to my message and till now my money is no where to be found and they failed to attend to my message as a result the coin I sent was lost completely.
