Is zero stars an option ### 1/5 — Filled with glitches *2021-11-26, version 4.0.7* This app is filled with fields that don’t work properly. The custom date field on the Visitor List will only allow you to enter the current day’s date without a date range. The same is true for the Vacation page. This essentially makes the app useless. It inconveniences the visitor, the owner, and security as more follow up is required. FIX IT! ### 2/5 — Where is the epass option? *2021-08-13, version 4.0.7* I just moved into a new community using this app and they gave us screen grabs that show how to send a pass using the envelope icon. There is no icon on my visitor list page! What happened to it? I can no longer add visitors, not see visitors that has been added earlier, no information at all is available to see or change...I need to add guests and contractors frequently and it is very inconvenient/useless when it is not working. This issues has been on and off for a while and need your attention and fix. Seems like it is written by a high school kid working in their parents basement. The app doesn’t have basic date, selectionand other functionality 99.9% others provide. It’s Mickey Mouse functionality. If you can avoid using it do so. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-06-23, version 5.0.9* Downloaded the app. Swiped as instructed, tried to accept terms except button doesn’t work. Tried to access terms and app got stuck. Unable to go further. Very bad experience. I can see why the reviews rank this a 2 star application. Worse is knowing that my association is paying for this service. Went to the web page and can’t log in. Same experience. My credentials don’t exist and now the burden is on me to obtain credentials. In this day and age I find it incredible that you cannot reset an account or register online. It integrates with my contact book too. ### 4/5 — Can you guys add an option to send to cell numbers instead of emails! *2021-12-24, version 4.0.7* It’s inconvenient to have to ask everyone for their emails when most people use phones to communicate via text or call. I have everyone’s number that is visiting me but not their email. I have tried resetting the app, redownloading, and even leaving it open over night in case it was just slow to access the servers but nothing worked. I cannot change the date of the visit. It is always today, and I can select how many days. Editing visitors on iPhone causes the UI to freak out and then you’re stuck.
