### 5/5 — Gates access credential in Apple Wallet

*2026-02-03*

Great Feature!
it is faster and works all the time.
I am using it also in my Apple Watch!

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2025-11-09*

Horrible app I hate that my building uses it !!!

### 1/5 — Horrible app!!!

*2025-03-06*

Worst app ever I have issues with it nearly every day. I wish my building used a regular old fashioned fob system. Today the sensors in my building aren’t even registering the app when it’s opened and appears to be functioning. The app asks me to update it so I tried updating it in the App Store, but then it just freezes and the update doesn’t work. Wish they could get this fixed it’s a total nightmare when you’re in a hurry to be somewhere and just get home. One time I had to go downstairs and go to an appointment with a bathrobe on because I couldn’t get inside my apartment and my building does nothing to help either because they don’t have spare physical keys of any kind and need a manager on duty to unlock your house door. Such a hassle for nothing!!! Do not have the patience for this in my life!!

UPDATE: MARCH 6TH:
Another issue with the app today. I try to unlock my door and it’s flashing red. I asked my family member to unlock the door for me remotely. Nothing happens. They are doing it correctly, over and over. My building does not provide physical keys at the front desk. A lot of improvements need to be made here it is not ok to waste people’s time so frivolously in the name of high tech profits.

**Developer response:** Dear,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how frustrating it must have been. Our goal is to ensure smooth and reliable access for all residents, and we appreciate your feedback.

To clarify, the building’s access control system supports RFID cards, key fobs, and mobile devices. If you encounter any issues with the app, you can request a physical access method (RFID card or key fob) through the app (requests are received by property management) or directly at the front desk.

For immediate assistance, you can contact the Resident Assistant via the app under the "Help" section in the 9-dots menu. Additionally, the front desk is available at any time and can coordinate an on-site visit to resolve your issue.

Currently, there are 1,600 active users in the building. While occasional technical difficulties may arise, we are committed to addressing them as quickly as possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

Dear,

The property management has purchased 1,200 RFID cards.

To receive assistance, please contact us privately at support@multitronikllc.com with your unit number and contact information. This information is essential, as we cannot assist you without it.

Thank you for your cooperation.

### 1/5 — Terrible system

*2025-02-01*

Installed in our building. 1/2 the time does not connect. Nice idea but terrible product. Building going back to fobs and cards.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we’d like to help resolve any connectivity issues you’re facing. The system is currently being used successfully by over 1,700 users in the building, and we are continuously working to enhance its reliability.

Additionally, we have two permanent technicians on-site dedicated to assisting with any technical issues related to the system. Residents can also reach out to the building’s resident assistant through the app. The resident assistant is part of the property management team and available on-site to help with any concerns.

If you’re experiencing frequent connection problems, please contact our support team so we can assist you in troubleshooting the issue. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve the app for everyone.

### 2/5 — Very frustrating

*2024-08-10*

Always opens credit card payments in your iphone first instead of opening door ways!

**Developer response:** We are sorry that you find your experience with the app problematic. Door readers use both NFC and BLE technology and this causes the cards to show up, this is something that comes already built in the Apple ecosystem and it's something we cannot change. In case apple pay appears you don't have to do anything, just hold the phone near the reader and the reader will receive the correct signal and open your door.

### 1/5 — Bugged

*2024-07-20*

Every time I arrive to my building, my app stops working. For it to work again, I need to log out and log in to the mobile app. Imagine doing it everytime you take you elevator, try to pick up deliveries or just exiting and returning from your home. I have been asking for a solution but no one seems to know what is going on. Quite frustrating.

**Developer response:** We're sorry you're having problems with the app. At some point, the app had an issue that caused a logout and our team quickly resolved it. The person who helped you with the problem may have incorrectly instructed you to log out. You should not need to log out at any time for the app to work properly. If you are still having problems, please ask the property management to contact support and we will help you with the application.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2023-05-26*

This app is so handy! We are living in the future!
