The new app is worse than the old one. Often says ‘access is denied’ when opening it, so you have to force close the app to be able to log in. When setting a scheduled payment, you can no longer see a calendar with the day of the transaction, so you don’t know if it’s on a weekend or not. 
The app might have needed a refresh, but do some user testing before releasing it!

Your app keeps “hiding” transactions in my bank account. I have to then log onto internet banking to see all of my transactions. What’s the point of your APP if it doesn’t show all transactions. If I could score 0 I would have.

What is going on with the app? Trying to set up with my new iPhone 6 but error after creating password in either digits or pattern. Also not working on old iphone 5 🙁 currently useless.

It would be nice if the app can notify us when there is a transaction both in and out.

Be nice if you spelt my name correctly on the welcome page. Should be the same as the name on my account which I have had for 18 Years.
Also are you able to make the app so you can delete payees or bpay accounts?

Basic banking, with security - can't transfer to new people, must have been set up. Only problem is it doesn't show scheduled payments: we made a mistake with a payment schedule as we ran away on holiday. Didn't know until the funds "disappeared".
