It say as my password was invalid. It did no give me an option to repeat my password to verify. I look forward to being able to use this app. ### 2/5 — Update requires cookies? *2022-04-12, version 3.6.7* For some reason after the recent update, as of (4/12/2022) it’s telling me I have to have cookies enabled to login. I have them enabled on everything. Even took it by apple to see if I had an issue on my end. Kind of annoying since I have to use the app to check in my daughter for community nights! ### 4/5 — Sunday service *2022-03-23, version 3.6.5* I just have one question, why is it that you transmit the Sunday service by video at the actual church?(Grand Prairie )I went to that church this past Sunday(3/20/2022,,, for the first time and I found odd that they showed the pastor by video giving the sermon, I’ve been to several churches , trying to find my “home church” and Gateway is closer to my home, and I’ve never seen this! I work with seniors and once a week we watch a teaching as part of our devotional time together. However, in the last month I have been experiencing times when the audio and the video suddenly go out of sync. This is very frustrating as I want the seniors, ages 80+, to experience the best when watching and listening to the preaching of God’s Word. It is so frustrating, when my phone goes to standby, to have to look for the sermon again AND start that sermon over... Also, please load ALL of Jimmy Evans past messages at Gateway to be able to be searched for on the app. I can’t find, via the search tool, any of his past series (such as I Am Daniel) by series name. ### 1/5 — What’s the problem *2020-03-14* This app does not open on my iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled and all I get when I open is the gateway logo. Where is no where to go! It won’t even scroll. Also on the roku app on the TV ASA the lesson is over ... it jumps back to the home page. There is no play from one service to the next so as to watch the series. Love love Pastor Robert but these apps are frustrating. Unfortunately it seems they’ve abandoned the app. It hasn’t been updated in a while and the sermons no longer play. I just get the spinning wheel and then the app freezes. Disappointed with their way of alignment of the services I’ve been trying to use the app again. The app says you have upgraded and to use the same email to set up a new account. I’ve tried doing that and I keep getting “password incorrect”. I tried my password I had used before and a new password, neither works. I am unable to go to church and watching pastor Robert’s messages are so good. I would love to listen to the current messages in order. I miss being in church but at least I can get truth by watching tv. I love how everything I need is in one place — messages, events, groups, serving, the BIBLE, and more — and it actually feels personal to my campus and where I’m at. The app is fast, clean, and super easy to use. It’s clear a lot of care went into building something that genuinely helps people stay connected and engaged. It would be so helpful if you had a 15 Sec or 30 Sec fast forward and rewind. I often catch myself missing something and wanting to rewind and can’t without usually rewinding too far.
