I can’t even navigate to the part where I can set time limits for my kids now. This app sucks and the internet is always lagging.

WE ARE  CHANGING YOUR BILL    PAY US ANYWAY.  There was a delay please try again later.      this pretty much sums up gateway fiber since they bought out kwikom.  Absolutely ridiculous company.   They are so bad I may actually go back to mediacom.

This app is the worst. Half the time it doesn’t work. I just get a spinning circle and I can’t even access my devices to turn them on and off!
