It’s actually frightening that this product is SO bad, and this company controls your money. It will log you out in the middle of a transaction , it will not let you in. The bill paying function is an absolute joke. I have been with this credit union for about 10 years. It is not my primary account, so I am not a regular user. I find it Extremely non-user friendly! It always has an connection issue or password problems. And when you try to get it fixed! Sorry, there is no after hours help. And what help you can find can’t fix the problem! I upgraded my review to 5 star because they eventually added “pending” debits and credits. When it first came out, it wouldn’t display pending transactions. I rely on this app so much.
