We’ve developed a new mobile app and online banking platform to deliver a better digital experience to our Gateway customers. Yes! We are excited to unveil a new logo that reflects our robust banking and mortgage services. How does this impact me? Here’s what you need to know: • Effective 11/07/22 4:45 PM CT, the existing mobile app will be disabled and removed from the app store. Customers will no longer be able to log in from the old mobile app. • On 11/08/22, Mobile App users will need to install the new Gateway Mobile Banking app from the store. Search “Gateway Mobile Banking” in the app store and click install. Customers will not be able to log in to Gateway Mobile Banking or Online Banking until 11/08/22. Note: Customers will no longer be able to lock or freeze Gateway credit, debit, or business cards. What’s the point in the app if you can’t use it? ### 1/5 — For banking customers not mortgage? *2023-03-03* I am a mortgage customer only and could not log in. I have no problem on the website. Looking at the screen shots and features, I don’t see anything about mortgage. If the app is for banking customers only, the description should say so. ### 1/5 — Can’t Login *2022-12-17* So, I have an account with Gateway for my mortgage. I have no specific username. I just login with my email address. This must be an issue as I’m constantly being told that they are incorrect. When I try to submit a “forgot my login ID”, and submit my information (social, birth date, zip code) I’m being told the information is incorrect. But if I go on the internet I can log directly into my account. So, I have no idea what’s going on. I have records of my paying in time. Online it says Im past due an owe them extra. Gateway is ridiculous. They help get you answers to tough benefits questions, they advise on how to resolve benefits and care issues and they can even help get appointments scheduled for you.
