Please integrate this with your existing mobile banking app. Like every other mobile banking app does.

This app is clunky, redundant, and entirely unnecessary.

Strange have to open through FCU App. Also seems backward way to toggle Settings — usually toggle on mean on but here means off? Last, hard  for “Ok” prompt for “Transaction Attempt,” hit prompt it goes away cause can’t “ok” b/c have to open FCU App 1st then Card Control try find permission by that time store or bank think some kine funny stuff might deny. Needs improvement to be more user friendly less confusing.

I am 3,500 miles from Gather on the mainland and my card was compromised, Lisa at the call center assisted me with how to use card control so I could have money this weekend!!  Many Mahalos!!!😊😊🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏
