## What is Gather?

Gather is a Christian social app built around one simple idea: you shouldn't have to pray alone.

Post a prayer request, a testimony, or whatever is on your heart - illness, grief, gratitude, a struggling marriage, a job you're trusting God for. The global Gather community sees it and intercedes for you in real time. Watch the prayer count climb. Know that people who have never met you are bringing your name before God.

A COMMUNITY, NOT AN ALGORITHM
Gather has no ads, no sponsored content, and no engagement tricks. Your prayer content is never used to train AI or sold to advertisers. The feed exists to connect believers, nothing else.

FOR ALL TRADITIONS
Whether you're Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, or nondenominational, Gather is for you. Denomination tags help you find your community, but the Wall belongs to everyone.

FREE AND PRIVATE
Gather is completely free. You don't need your real name, just a username. We collect the minimum needed to run the app and nothing more.

Requires account creation. Users must be 16 or older.
