Found and began following Vanessa on Insight Timer. Was thrilled to find Christian meditations. Her words are just what I need to hear and the meditations soothe my anxious heart. And she prays over you with meaningful prayers. I use the app every morning and evening and any time I need to quiet my racing mind. Better and cheaper than therapy.

I found this app through insight timer, I enjoyed the mediations there but yearned for more of the Christian meditations. I use this app daily to meditate and connect with other Christian’s in a meaningful way!
