تطبيق غير احترافي وخدمة غير واضحة الحذر من سياسة الحجز والإلغاء والتغيير التطبيق لا يسمح فيها وهو ضد العميل وكذلك الحذر من سياسة الدخول المتأخر لانه يدخلك باليوم التالي لو جيب بعد ١٢ الصباح ومع ان التطبيق يسمح لك بالبحث عن يوم ماقبل ١٢ صباحاً وفي الوقت نفسة مثل تطبيق Airbnb فيه مرونه في الالغاء والتغيير. الحذر الحذر الحذر

لا يوجد مصداقية من أصحاب العقارات للمستأجرين عن طريق التطبيق، الصور ليست حقيقية و لا تطابق الواقع، و المزعج انه يجب الدفع الكامل إلزامي قبل رؤية العقار المستأجر على الواقع، لا تستطيع التواصل بوضوح مع صاحب العقار و لا تستطيع الوصول للموقع بوضوح إلا بعد الدفع..أسوأ تجربة و أسوأ تطبيق

The application is a total fraud, there’s no transparency related to booking type weather if it’s refundable or not, 😳you just discover that it’s non refundable only after the total booking money is paid. Another catastrophic issue is the hidden fares, 😵‍💫where they offer the room for 500 Saudi riyals, and stay like this until you do the payment, to discover out of surprise is that the charged around 625 SR. Where this additional 125 SR came from?!!!!🤬Unfortunately, 25 % in top of the original price😳, what a scam!!!!!!. This is my first time to use this shady application, and will definitely be the last😖
.Based on that, I’m planning to send this review as complain to the ministry of tourism in Saudi Arabia, and push it through until I see some positive outcomes😤.
I strongly advise to run away from this fraud application, and if you have it already on your phone delete it quickly 😡.
