## What is Gathr Solutions?

Your entire shift, in one place.

Open the app and see what is waiting. Your next shift, the address and the time. You check in on site with GPS. The runsheet is ready, and you tick it off as you walk.

Scan every checkpoint with NFC, QR, Bluetooth or GPS. Fill in the form and write the report while you are still standing there. No signal in the basement? The app keeps going offline and sends everything itself once you are back in range.

If you plan the shifts, the whole operation fits in your pocket. See who is on duty right now, which tasks are running, and what is waiting for an answer. Approve days off and shift swaps with one tap.

Messages keep everyone in the same thread, out on site and back at the office. Nobody has to ring around to reach anyone.

Gathr Solutions specialises in the security trade, and works just as well for anyone else with people out at addresses. Every company runs in its own closed environment, and the app speaks both Danish and English.

The app requires an account with a company that uses Gathr Solutions.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-11

The app now works with no signal at all and sends everything itself once you are back in range. New incident and alarm reports, one question at a time. Delegate a task to a colleague. New calendar.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-08-30

• Walk a full round with no signal — scans, check-in and reports are stored on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns.
• Sign in with a passkey: Face ID or your device code instead of a company ID, username and password.
• Shifts, calendar and runsheet open offline and always show how old the data is.
• Every scan records its position, so a round can be documented.
• Faster start-up and a technical log that makes support cases easier to resolve.

### 0.45.1 — 2026-08-06

Language and consistency improvements throughout the app. We've polished a number of texts so everything reads more clearly.

### 0.45.0 — 2026-08-03

No release notes.
