Tried setting user name and password to login in
Numerous times did the forgot pw and it takes you to a blank screen. Frustrating!

I think that this app would be a lot better if the practitioner was able to scan the patch for the athlete. My athletes are sweaty and don’t like to have to handle their phone trying to capture a picture just after they worked out. It’s much easier for myself who is not working out to scan the patch for them and if I could do that I think this would be a better app. None of my athletes sweat patches are loading onto my GX teams app. Not really sure what I’m doing wrong after looking at tutorials

I wasted my money on these patches only to have to figure out how to navigate this absolutely ridiculous app. All of the hoops you have to jump through only to end up not being able to capture a photo of the patch is horrible . Total waste of time and money. By the time you even figure out how to take a photo (apparently you have to add an athlete to your team) you are already cooled down and the results are invalid…that is if the app would ever even let me capture the photo which it did not. Money and time down the drain.
