FEATURES:

- If you are already a Gatti's Pizza Online customer, you are already set up for Mobile Ordering. Simply log in and get started!

- Not at home? The Gatti's Pizza iPhone App will use your phone GPS coordinates to determine the store closest to your current location.

- Orders are saved to the app for easy review.

- Browse through available coupons and view the specific items that they apply to.

- Apply the desired coupon at the cart with a simple click.

- Instantly view additional coupons applicable as and when changes are made to the cart.

You will be prompted to opt-in or opt-out of push notifications upon the first app start up after download from Apple App Store to an iOS device. Once a selection has been made, any changes to push notifications preferences have to come from your device operating system settings.

I’m not sure if it was an update or what but I can’t order from the app anymore. It gives me a declined card but still takes the money out of my account. I have called the store and they will not have the order in their system. Thankfully after a couple of days the charge will fall off but it’s still nerve wracking and annoying to deal with.

The app is very difficult to use. I cannot update my phone number so it has a phone number that no longer exists. I can’t reset my password because it requires you to put in your old password, which is impossible if you have forgotten it. I cannot see the status of my order, unlike some other pizza websites and apps. When I try to update my profile, it says that I haven’t entered the title for my name, such as Mr. or Mrs. But there is no square no blank box. Nothing where you can enter that in the first place. It feels like an app that someone cheaply made 10 years ago and hasn’t updated since then. It’s very discouraging and because of this, I find myself giving up and going elsewhere.

I have an address that shows up in two cities.  When I change and “update” my address the app just changes back to the “wrong” city.  How/whom do I need to get this corrected??  I’ve had extreme difficulty with deliveries because the address can’t be corrected in the app.

I created two different accounts to try to accumulate points! Both accounts don’t work with this app and we visit Mr Gatti’s very frequently. I have deleted the app and added it to see if it was a bug, but nope Im still unsuccessful.

This app definitely needs help, revamping and a new design. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS APP FOR IPHONES, it doesn’t work.

I was going to place an order and it said that my rewards was going to be included, but I was like “maybe I’ll place my order later on” so when I backed it, it was gone my rewards just disappeared even tho I didn’t use it
