I cannot update my phone number so it has a phone number that no longer exists. I can’t reset my password because it requires you to put in your old password, which is impossible if you have forgotten it. I cannot see the status of my order, unlike some other pizza websites and apps. When I try to update my profile, it says that I haven’t entered the title for my name, such as Mr. or Mrs. But there is no square no blank box. Nothing where you can enter that in the first place. It feels like an app that someone cheaply made 10 years ago and hasn’t updated since then. It’s very discouraging and because of this, I find myself giving up and going elsewhere. ### 3/5 — Who’s in charge of address updates *2024-11-17, version 4.5.0* I have an address that shows up in two cities. When I change and “update” my address the app just changes back to the “wrong” city. How/whom do I need to get this corrected?? I’ve had extreme difficulty with deliveries because the address can’t be corrected in the app. ### 2/5 — Meh *2022-04-17, version 3.0.8* Clumsy app and hard to read if you have vision issues. The app does not adjust to screen invert and it difficult to read th fields in the order and sign up. ### 3/5 — Convenient *2021-08-28, version 3.0.7* I love the convenience of the app however it never sends me an emoji confirmation, so I have no way to check on my order. I wish I could see my order status either in an email or through the app. ### 2/5 — Stupidity or laziness? *2020-11-12, version 3.0.4* Recently added a requirement to include a zip code with credit card info when placing an order. But NO OPTION to create a saved credit card with zip code info. So now credit card info has to be typed in every time you order. Seriously shortsighted or lazy programming. 1. Add the ability to add zip code to a saved credit card. 2. Add the option to created a saved credit card from the information added an order. 3. Accept alternate payment methods like Paypal and Apple Pay. 4. While the option to reorder your last order being white on white background gives you a cool "I know a secret feature uncovered when you tap on this blank space vibe", it's actually just bad design. ### 3/5 — Couple of issues *2020-11-11, version 3.0.4* Love the value menu. But if you choose 2 medium pizzas, the app does not allow you to choose different toppings for each pizza. They also removed the comment box on the payment page. This needs to be added back in with plenty of room to give a detailed order if needed. ### 1/5 — Google maps issue *2019-09-29, version 3.0.1* I use apps for ordering/delivery with Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa Johns and many other restaurants and have never had an issue with “google maps not being able to locate address”. Been hour and half still no pizza. So I got message saying DoorDash was coming. I called and spoke with someone and was told they do not have company drivers anymore. I was speaking with the man told him the wait was unacceptable and I would go elsewhere instead of working on changing my mind he hung up on me. To the managers at Pflugerville you need to train phone people. Sad as former driver and having son that drove for Gattis. ### 1/5 — No cash option any more!! *2019-04-16, version 3.0.1* I loved the previous versions of the app - I didn’t care that it was not as flashy as the Dominos app. I could put my order in and pay when I picked up but now the app will not let you create an order unless you put in a credit card. BRING BACK THE PAY AT THE STORE OPTION!!!! It gives me a declined card but still takes the money out of my account. I have called the store and they will not have the order in their system.
