It used to be able to give gate info and other information that you’d reasonably expect but now it does sweet FA. ### 2/5 — Website works better *2026-02-03, version 1.4.0* This app is useless trying to find live arrivals. It just says no server connection and you can’t search by origin or flight number. For a long time now (at least a year) it has been ‘unable to provide information’. Friends of mine have the same issues so it’s not just my phone causing this. Gatwick Airport: If you are going to have an app, make it work. I’ve put in flight No SQ309 for a few days now. Not found, even though it takes off 5 days from now. If I use the app to book parking, put in my destination & time - the flight No is displayed! So it’s in there but the app’s not communicating with itself ☹️. Doesn’t fill the user with a feeling of being in safe hands. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-01-27, version 1.4.0* Can’t load live flight info, deleted and reinstalled, but it still doesn’t work. Great for shopping and dining, but in terms of essential passenger information, it’s a waste of time. Perhaps LGW could use some of their £10 drop off charge to build a decent app. ### 1/5 — Flight information no longer works *2026-01-26, version 1.4.0* Flight information part of the app no longer works on iOS 26. It just presents an error ‘Could not load departing flights due to a connection error’. Same problem on multiple test devices running iOS 26. Works fine via Gatwick website. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case (pun very much intended for an airport app). Information is often out of date, particularly around passing through security, which makes it unreliable when you actually need it. Features that once worked well now feel neglected.
