I never heard of that before but I didn’t question it. I go to the App Store and download it and it apparently takes almost an hour to download. Why? I thought this was supposed to be an audio tour, what am I downloading that takes an hour? I Decided to look over the reviews for an answer and found nothing but horrible reviews. So I canceled the download. Turns out I didn’t even need the app because they gave you an audio device to listen to anyway. What was the point of telling me to download the app? But I gotta say the reviews were probably the funniest I’ve ever read in my life. 10/10 reviews. Forced to download a proprietary app just to show a QR code for a ticket I already bought? Check. But the real "genius" is the registration logic. The app lets you sign up with any email, but if it doesn't perfectly match your purchase email, it has a total meltdown. Instead of a helpful "Hey, your emails don’t match" prompt, it gives you a mini-heart attack by claiming "Your purchase ticket info is not there." Nothing says "vacation vibes" like the app gaslighting you into thinking your tickets disappeared because the developers couldn't handle basic validation. If you’re going to force a download, at least make sure the code can map two identical strings.
