## What is Gault?

Gault is property management built for the phone, made for landlords who manage their own rentals.

If you own a handful of single-family homes, you don't need enterprise software built for thousand-unit portfolios. You need to collect rent, keep leases straight, and answer a maintenance request from the driveway. Gault does exactly that, without the clutter you'll never use.

Collect rent without the chase. 
Tenants pay rent by bank transfer and can turn on automatic payments, so the money arrives on time without the monthly reminder texts. You see what's paid, what's due, and what's late at a glance.

Leases that sign themselves.
Create a lease, send it for signature, and store the signed copy in one place. No printer, no scanner, no "I'll bring it by next week."

A ledger you can actually read.
Every charge and payment lands in a clean running ledger for each tenant, so you always know where a tenancy stands. Security deposits are tracked from move-in through return.

Maintenance, handled.
Tenants submit requests from their own portal, with photos. You track each one from submitted to done, without a thread of lost text messages.

Subscription details

Gault Property Slots is an auto-renewable subscription. Your first property is free. Managing additional properties requires a monthly plan, available in tiers covering 2 through 10 properties, from $4.00 to $36.00 per month.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings
after purchase.
